A full refund will be provided if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in (time indicated on the owner’s listing or agreed between users via the Click&Boat messaging tool or 9 AM local time if it is not specified) and NYC by Water agrees to cancel. A deposit will be refunded and the boat rental price and Service Fees, if already paid, will be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for one year.
NYC by Water reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time in order to protect against fraud, for trust and safety considerations or due to unfavorable weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation, the Renter will receive a full refund of the boat rental in Monaco price and any extras paid, excluding the Service/Processing Fee.
The weather is a significant factor in boating and the captain or NYC by Water will decide whether to cancel or reschedule a reservation. In general, clouds and a slight chance of rain do not constitute a sufficient reason for cancelling or rescheduling a reservation.
What are the cancellation policies for boat rental in Monaco?
In cases of inclement weather or mechanical issues that prevent the vessel from being able to sail, NYC by Water will try and work with you to find another date or time for the rental. If this is not possible, a store credit will be offered for the unused rental time that can be used during the same season.
Please be advised that all boat rental require a Photo ID and Credit Card at check-in. If these are not provided the Captain will not allow you on board. If you have a reservation and you are unable to attend your trip, you can contact the Captain or NYC by Water to see about rescheduling or getting a refund.
