Jet2 has launched seven brand new flight routes to Greece as it starts its “biggest ever” push on holidays to the country.

With over one million seats on sale to Greece from the top holiday provider, there’s plenty of choice for Brits who fancy a bit of the Mamma Mia lifestyle.

Jet2 is also running a joint campaign with the Greek National Tourist Office to celebrate the popular destination.

The holiday company will offer flights to 14 airports in Greece this year, including Athens, Kos, Corfu and Heraklion.

The majority of the airline’s new routes will run from Liverpool while Birmingham and Newcastle will also benefit.

Corfu is a favourite destination of King Charles and Camilla, who reportedly love the island’s beaches.

While Greece is most popular during summer, the country often enjoys warm temperatures well into autumn.

Jet2 has extended its flight programme to Crete and Rhodes until mid-November offering a great chance for flexible travellers to escape the crowds.
